Mikey's First Catch!!
He was pretty tired by this time, but here it is! |
 |
The World's Smallest Walleye!!
If you look closely at it's mouth, you'll see that half of the fat-head
is still sticking out. This little guy definitely tried to bite
off more than he could chew!! |

These boys are goin nowhere
fast:-)
BP wouldn't give us the key, especially after my history of using this
sled as a logging skidder. Do you like the windshield? |
 |
Chillin out in the shack!!
If you look over my left shoulder, you'll see a Guinness bottle cap imbedded
in the insulation. Behind my head are some ancient fishing hieroglyphics
left by past fishermen. The anthology gives specific detail, outlining
exactly, how fish are successfully caught on Lake Metonga. |

Shack life...
It's all about the food and attitude, Mikey's gettin some food and I look
like I've had too much liquid attitude:-) |

So many flags, so little
time...
Three flags for three dudes, which to get first. |

Hieroglyphics
THIS JUST IN!!! Lone Wolf e-mailed me the story of
what I had perceived to be ancient hieroglyphics. Turns out they
ain't that old after all:-) Just saw your "fishing whole"
website. The wall inscriptions date back at least a couple months and
can be attributed to the species Largeous Retardicus Mano. Little is
known about this species other than he is one generation from living
in a tree, weighs in excess of 300 pounds and has been known to consume
large quantities of beer and chips. He is a rather dull sort with no
manners and a prehensile tail. No one wants to get close enough to this
rogue to actually confirm that he has opposable thumbs and the quality
of the art work would indicate that he does not possess this simian
quality. To put it as nicely as possible, he is a throwback and could
be the Missing Link!
Hugs and Kisses,
Lone Wolf |

33 Inch Northern ~ December
25, 2003
This is about the longest fish I have ever caught! I once caught a 30+
pound Chinook on Lake Michigan, but this was much better!! It came up
to the whole 3 times and dove away when our eyes met. Finally, Lone Wolf
thrust his mighty fist into the whole and grabbed the beast in a death
grip and tossed him upon the ice to meet his fate. |
